Unfortunately, due to the excessive amount of water, Hartford fields are completely underwater and deemed unplayable. 18B and 12C divisions will be moved to Spencer Park and will play tomorrow as scheduled. All other divisions are canceled, and refunds will be issued accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we navigate these weather challenges.

Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain overnight, the field crew has deemed the fields unplayable for today. We appreciate your patience and will provide further updates as soon as they become available.

Due to the already saturated fields from this week’s rain, all parks have been assessed and it has been determined that the safest decision is to delay all games until 10am. Our crews will be out starting at 6 AM to re-evaluate field conditions following tonight’s expected weather. We are actively working on updating the schedules and will share them as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we do our best to get games in safely.

As many of you are aware, we’re keeping a close eye on the impending weather. While conditions are currently sunny and beautiful across our park locations, we are aware that a storm system is approaching. Our office is actively monitoring the situation and will provide park updates by dinner time. As always, we’re doing our best to make the most informed and timely decision possible. That said, we all know how unpredictable the weather can be — forecasts can shift at any moment. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this.

Combining Divisions

The USSSA State Office will combine Open, A and B classifications if a division is in danger of being canceled due to lack of registrations. If the combined event has 12 or more teams, we will split the bracket for Sunday play. Bracket split percentage will be based on the number of teams in the event by registered class. Teams in the C classified events with insufficient numbers to hold an event, will be given the opportunity to play in a higher classification, if available, to ensure their opportunity to participate.
