There are 2 ways that you can enter your team into the event:

• Pay the full entry fee and you’re in! You are good to go and can work on booking your hotels and preparing to take part in this memorable event.
• You can choose to pay the deposit first and the balance at a later date. This will hold your spot in the event and the balance due will remain in the cart of your USSSA account.

The full balance of the entry fee is due by June 12, 2023.

• For the 12 Open division teams will be seeded by points for pool play. Once bracket play begins we will have a split bracket format.
• A team will be given a full refund of the entry fee if they withdraw on or before the entry deadline of June 12, 2023. No refund will be given if a team withdraws after the entry deadline of June 12, 2023. 
• This is a Stay-to-Play event: USSSA Eastern PA/NJ has teamed up with Sarec Travel to offer discounted hotel accommodations for this event.
