We are currently monitoring the air quality. Earlier this morning, the forecast showed signs of improvement; however, conditions have changed. Our staff is working with our national office, as this is a national event, to determine the best plan moving forward. We will provide another update as soon as a decision has been made. Games will begin at 11:00 AM. The park will open at 9:45 AM. All games will be 1 hour 20 minutes (finish the inning). We will continue to monitor the air quality throughout the day. Good afternoon, We have been monitoring the air quality throughout the day and will continue to do so over the next several hours and for the remainder of the event. At this time, we have made the decision to cancel the 6:30 PM time slot. Those games will be moved to tomorrow morning at 8:00 AM, and the remainder of the schedule will be adjusted accordingly.

Coaches and Families: Schedules are live but there will be changes to 14U on Wednesday ONLY regarding field numbers only. The game times are as shown.
There was one change for 16U on Wednesday ONLY - an 8AM game is now being played at 9:35 on a different field.

COACHES: The Coaches Meeting is held at Adventure Sports Park. There are check-in tables clearly marked for your division. Lunch will be served afterwards on site. If you pre-ordered passes for your team, they will be in your envelope.
FAMILIES: Pre-order Gate pass pickup is at the front gate. Staff will have your name and number of passes ordered. For those who ordered a daily pass, you will need to let the staff know what days you will be here.
We can wait to kick off opening ceremonies with your teams!
